Dare to Wear Love is an event started by Jim Searle and Chris Tyrell of Toronto Fashion design company Hoax Couture. Chris and Jim decided to create the event to raise awareness and much needed funds for the fight against HIV and AIDS in Africa, and the funds raised are to be donated to the Stephen Lewis Foundation to assist them in their projects in Africa.

24 top Canadian fashion designers were given 6 yards of African printed cloth and told to go an d create something spectacular – the  results are highlighted in this blog and at www.daretowearlove.com
